Create and Agency Profile in order to Access Immediate Housing Opportunities to share with your Clients. Gain Access to our FREE Housing Assistance Request portal. (Prospective Tenants must have copy of ID, Proof of income, housing subsidy.)

Customize A Housing Plan.
Our housing placement portal helps determine housing suitability based on unit criteria and identifies housing opportunities based on tenant preferences. A Roadmap, Resources & Mentoring.

Stabilization & Community Integration.
We use the Critical Time Intervention (CTI) model in all of our services. By doing so, we facilitate housing stability, community integration, and continuity of care, and has been successful in supporting the return to housing for people with serious mental illness, people experiencing homelessness, veterans, and many other groups.
